Christmas FREEWRITE
Every Christmas my family and I watch A Christmas Story. We practically know all the words to the movie because we have watched it so much. We all laugh and have a good time, especially my Poppa, he always cracks up laughing and doesn't ever stop. It makes all of us laugh and he always repeats everything out of the movie. A Christmas Story is a great movie for everyone to watch and maybe even make a tradition out of it one day, just like we did. The movie probably really does relate to a real family and their Christmas. I recommend anyone to watch A Christmas Story.

Free Friday *Seniors*
This year there is so many seniors that I talk to as friends. They are all so nice and nobody wants them to leave this school year. It is going to be so sad today when they play their senior song and show that they are leaving because I, myself, do not want some of them to leave. Mychelle and I will probably cry because her brother, Micheal Lewis, is graduating this year. Also Chance Vasquez, Josh Altman, Shyla Burns, Esteban Garcia, Salvador Arcavar, Caitlin Fuller, Jake Novak, Cassandra Cano, Edgar Martinez, Zack Bogges, and many more are graduating. They have always been so nice to me and all my friends and they are also my friends. They don't treat people like they are worse then them. They treat them equal to their selves. Which is always a great thing to do. I will miss all of them very much, and I am sure a lot of other people will too. They are great people to be/hang around with. So lets all get together and spend all the time we can together while we can before it is to late, and like they say enjoy your high school years as long as you can because it goes by fast. I will never forget our seniors this year. I wish all of them luck as they go and start their lives without high school and hope they do as great as possible. Take your memories with you and carry them through your whole life. I know I will.

Halloween Controversy!
I believe the school has gone a little over board with not letting the students wear costumes to school because of just one kid that wore an Adolf Hitler outfit the year before. They should have told the student to go home and either find another costume or come back in his regular clothes because it was offensive to all the other students. Then they should let everyone wear a costume that wants to wear one to school but have a ste of rules that say you can not look like Adolf Hitler and that it must be school appropriate that it has to be dress code. Then none of the students would be mad that they couldn't wear a costume and they really woudn't have a problem.

Invisibility Cloak
I believe that it would be awesome to just slip into Harry Potter's invisibility cloak and know others couldn't see me. If I did slip into an invisibility cloak then I probably would go anywhere that I usually wouldn't be able to go if I wasn't invisible. I would probably have as much fun as possible and scare people that didn't know about the invisibility cloak that I had. It would be awesome to have an invisibility cloak.
The advantages in being invisible would be that you could scare people easily and you could get around to places that you couldn't be in if you you were not invisible. The disadvantages in being invisible would probably be that you couldn't play some games that people need to be able to see you and you would probably get ran into a lot. Also if you got flour on you then people would be able to see you and be scared of you and you most likely wouldn't have any friends.

Memories!
A memory I remember the most is about when it was the first day of school and I spilled chocolate milk all over my pants.
It was the third grade and I didn't know anyone at the school because I had just recently moved there and it was my first day of school. I was really shy and didn't want to talk to anyone because I thought they would be mean to me but I finally got to know probably about two or three people and they were really nice so I set with them when it came time for lunch. I had got my lunch tray and my milk to drink and I was eating and having a great time with the few people I had met. Then all of a sudden, I didn't even see it coming, I spilled my milk because I had reached over it and hit it. It went all over my pants and made it look like I had peed my pants. I was so embarrassed and then I had to get up and go to the janitor and ask her for rags and a mop so I could help her clean my milk up off the table and floor. It was alright though cause nobody made fun of my they all said that it was okay and that things happen.

Bonfire
Not having a bonfire is really not all that big of a deal, I mean a bonfire is a pile of wood that you burn. It's really nothing but it did give all the kids something to do and celebrate their homecoming. It was a way to have everyone get together and talk and have fun and spend time together without getting into any big trouble. The bonfires were fun but now they are gone so we all should think of some new things to put in place of the bonfire. I mean nothing will ever take the place of a bonfire but it can help to get everyone's mind off of not having one and to get a new tradition going. So some things I was thinking about having instead of the bonfire would be the parade, like we are having tomorrow. A parade would be great because everyone gets together and has fun and listens to the band and makes floats and everything it is very similar to a bonfire except no fire. Another idea could be to have a mud and shaving cream fight with all the kids in high school at the rodeo grounds. That would be awesome to have a shaving cream and mud fight. Everyone would have so much fun. Yes, you will get dirty but it will be fun and it may stay with everyone and be a Bobcat tradition.

"I Wish"
I wish there was something or someone that could help me and my boyfriend stop fighting and to be with us right now. That something or someone would help us stop fighting because then we would have someone or something to talk to besides ourselves and they might have something to say to us that might help or may not help. Hopefully it will help because it is so weird not talking like we usually do and hang out with each other like we usually do. I just want us to be like we were a few months ago, great (in my eyes) and seem like the perfect couple. Everyone thought I was lying when I told them we were kind of fighting and were yelling at each other cause it just didn't seem possible to them. They were like oh my gosh, are you serious?! That's crazy! It just doesn't seem like ya'll what brought all that up. It was crazy. So the one thing I wish for right now is someone (my age or maybe a year older) to talk to so it might help.

Beauty vs. Wealth
If I had to choose to be wealthy and ugly or poor and beautiful. I would probably choose to be poor and beautiful because most wealthy people are not very happy because they are so worried about their money and nothing else. I mean poor people don't have money and probably don't have a house to live in but they still are happy or at least a little bit. They spend time with their family and talk and hang out with everyone and don't have to worry about how they look or anything cause all they care about is how their family is doing and if they have enough food. When wealthy people tend to worry about the way they look and have to look pretty all the time and impress everyone they are around. Poor people don't have to, and plus if I was poor but beautiful then I could most likely get a job as a model and make money so I could be beautiful but wealthy at the same time.

My life in 2018 (in 10 years)
In the year 2018 I believe I will not be living here in Childress. That I will be living somewhere in a big city having a great, big house with a husband and at least one child. I predict that I will be going to college to be a veterinarian still because I’m sure it takes at least 8 years to get your degree. I will hopefully be working at a veterinary clinic helping the actual veterinarians out with all the animals.
In 10 years (the year 2018) I believe I will be married and have a son, hopefully. I picture myself having a good life with my job, school, husband, and child. I hope I will have a three story house with at least 8 bedrooms, so all my family can come visit and have a place to sleep. I hope to have a Pink Cadillac and a red Chevy Chevelle. That’s how I picture my life in 10 years.

9/11 Journal
Today is 9/11. It's strange to think that it's already been 7 years sense everything happened. I really don't remember anything that the adults around me were saying or doing that day it was way to long ago. All I really remember is that I was in the 3rd grade, living in Altus, Oklahoma, and that school was going on when it happened. I'm really sure all the teachers were freaking out but trying to keep calm at the same time so all of us kids wouldn't freak out and go crazy. All I know is that it was a sad day for everyone, because so many people died in the twin towers and the pentagon.

Journal
If I could change one thing about my life, it would be my English grades from last year because they were all mostly b's, and I want at least low a's. Well, what I really want is at least a 95 average so I could be higher rank in my class. I am number fourteen right now but I want to be higher. I probably would also change my geometry grades, because the other day I almost didn't pass on my test.
